Return Policy

Overview

Seven-Eight Press, LLC (“Seven Eight Press”) wants you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. This Return Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work for orders placed at 78press.org.

This policy applies to purchases made directly from our website. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

Physical Books

30-day returns

You may return eligible physical books within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

To qualify for a return:

• the book must be in good, resalable condition (undamaged, with no excessive wear, markings, or missing pages);
• you must contact us to obtain return instructions before sending items back;
• returns must be postmarked within the 30-day window.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (see below), you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, and depending on your financial institution, may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a book arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@78press.org within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue.

For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will replace the item at no additional charge or offer a full refund, at your choice. We will cover return shipping when the issue is our error.

Digital Products (Ebooks)

Because of the nature of digital delivery, ebook purchases are final and non-refundable once a download link or access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

If a technical issue prevents you from downloading or accessing your ebook, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it or provide a replacement download link.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return:

• ebooks after delivery of download access;
• physical books not in good, resalable condition;
• items returned without prior authorization or outside the return window;
• items purchased from third parties (not directly from 78press.org).

How to Start a Return

Email support@78press.org with:

• your order number;
• the item(s) you wish to return;
• the reason for the return;
• photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect.

We will respond with return instructions. Please do not ship returns to our office without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different title or format, please return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
